eNubia is hosting a virtual Research Commercialization Jobs Forum in partnership with the Association of African Universities (AAU) and World Bank Group on creating jobs through African Research Inventions and Innovations. According to the World Bank, the African population is projected to reach two (2) billion by 2050; how can STEM research inventions and innovations being currently done in African universities be used to create jobs for African youth and young adults? And, how can we use research inventions and innovation to create jobs to alleviate the precarious journey of African migrants to Europe via the Mediterranean? The African continent needs to scale exponential research, inventions and innovations to solve our own challenges and opportunities, and to create millions of future jobs for Africans who haven’t been born yet.
